seams ???
How do you seal the seams? whats used? Where are the seams people are talking about ?

theres a seam sealer sold at body supply houses that is used to cover the seems of welds

There are 2 types, a brushable seam sealer sold in a quart can or you can get a few different types sold in a tube for a caulking gun. Each has it's own purposes so it depends on what your working on.
Seams are where ever 2 panels were joined or welded. Panels are spot welded together from the factory so the seam sealer fills the joint/gaps. The drip rail on these trucks have a healthy dose of sealer around them. Other areas could be floor boards, firewall, etc. Check with your local paint supplier for what they have available.
