Still no luck? Find a local machine shop and have them made. Maybe Try NAPA machine shop. Any good machinist should have less than 1 hour in them.

Nah, a GOOD machinist will have less than 15 minutes in each one of them and you will still pay a minimum of 4 hours for them.
