No mounting clips. Probably better using new because most are deteriorated when removing. Kind of similar to headliner trim and such.

They are around 20- 30 bucks. These hoops are super nice and ORIGINAL. All they need is a good polish and bling bling. Repop hoops run $190 shipped. Just FYI
