You can cut your stock front springs.
1/2 coil should equal about 1" of drop.
The rear will require drop springs because of the way the springs are "pigtailed" on the ends.
Shorter springs also means drop shocks.

My opinion here,... spend a few bucks on your suspension and brakes.
If you can't afford to do so,... wait until you can.
There is alot of safety items to be concerned with when doing these mods.

Also C20 drop spindle will cost more than C10 drop spindles.
