The bigger truck grills are the same width as the smaller 1\2 and 3\4 tons. The up right support is taller so the bars are spaced farther apart so if you use the pickups smaller up rights you can use the bars from a bigger truck. Some times the bigger trucks grills are in better shape than the pickup's are. I know it works because I did this very thing on my 50 1\2 ton. Pickups around here are getting scarce big the big trucks are everywhere.
