I had mine running like this temporarily after my engine swap. After I took it to someone working on some of the wiring gremlins, it came home with a relay and things running from the key again. P.O. was not good to the wiring. Just don't skimp on the toggles and momentary switch like previously mentioned and it's pretty simple. I had my switches inside the glovebox door so they flipped down with the door.
