Trailer Light for a bedless 72 C10 HELP!

I have a 72 C10 1/2 ton 2wd and it started to rust. So I took the bed of to start in on it. But I still want to drive my truck. I bought some trailer lights from o'reilys and cant figure how to hook them up. Does anyone have pictures or anything on how to hook them up so I can drive it. Any help will be very appreciated!!!!

I bought an adapter harness from LMC. Used it on several trucks.

Re: Trailer Light for a bedless 72 C10 HELP!

You can get that at just about any auto parts store.I bought one at napa. Then yea you can just plug your trailer lights into the plug. If all else fails theres only three wires besides the backup lights you need to worry about.Ones the taillights and the other two are the left and right blinkers. a test light will help you figure out which is which. The brake light are the same wires as the blinkers. Your lights have two wires, one is the bright filament for brake` and blinker and the other is dimmer for the taillight. they will most likely not have a ground wire but will be grounded by being bolted to the truck.

Re: Trailer Light for a bedless 72 C10 HELP!

You can get these at AutoZone and not have to make and mounts for them. If you have a trailer harness you can just plug them in.
