Nice! Those 60-63 doors in the bed of the other truck look to have the chrome trim on the vent posts and around the windows.

yes all 60-66 hoods are interchangeable on all the trucks chev/gmc, with the exception of the lcf big truck hood (too short)

Whatever dude??? Look, I am not some lil punk in the hood. Do not refer to me as dude. Second, when you post IF SO I WANT ONE. That would constitute a want ad. I "damn" read your post and edited it. I suggest you back the heck up and start again, or your visit will be short lived.

Re: Some 60-66s chevys in my dads Junkyard.
Nice collection! You really need to make a deal with your Dad and build that '66 BBW shortbed fleetside. With all the options that one has, in my opinion, that is THE 60-66 to own.
Thanks for posting, that was really cool.

Re: Some 60-66s chevys in my dads Junkyard.
The 62 is pretty nice too, but Id ditch the earlier car hood emblem.

Hawks, I think if you paid a membership, you could fund a pretty decent build with those trucks with as much popularity as this thread has gotten! LOL Nice pictures, and what a fun place to hang out and browse! Welcome to our insanity! |

Re: Some 60-66s chevys in my dads Junkyard.
yeah, Jonzcustomshop beat me to it.. ..55 chevy car. There were two differnt versions for the truck, I ve got pics of both. The front is the main difference. I cant tell if there was any specific trucks that got which one, just know that these were the two versions offered. Aerotruck had some factory documentation on it...maybe he'll pipe in on it.
