First cruise

Went to the Paxton Il cruise nite last night!! Feels good to have her back on the road after 11 years. Just turned over 160 miles on the odometer and the LQ9/ 4L65 combo with the speartech harness and reprogrammed PCM are working great so far!!

So far mine is flawless, was plug and play, got the air out of the fuel lines and just started it up and the more I drive it the better it runs as it "learns"!!
I learned about Speartech from my friend who was doing a 40 ford with a LS1. He was impressed with John and how you could call him and "he" answers the phone and can diagnose most things over the phone!! (Even stupid questions).
My friend has now done 4 of these conversions: 40 ford Ls1 4l60, 68 camaro Ls2 4l60, 68 camaro convertible Ls6/4l60 w/continental lockup convertor and the latest is a 70 Chevelle SS clone with a blown Texas speed 408ci with 6L90. All with Speartech harness and reprogrammed PCMs

Yeah I got a lot of remarks about it. I just tend to not go along with the crowd when it comes to paint colors as you can tell from our race cars!
