New home for a 71 jimmy
Well i went and picked up the jimmy i got of ebay. after a thee hr ride down, i get there and he isnt even ready for me to pick it up. he had the motor in the back of the jimmy. wtf! it is a rough but nothing a welder time and sheet metal cant fix. after a phone call to his shop workers we had enuff guys to put the top on load all the parts in the back of my trk and load the jimmy on my trailer. not with out a hitch though. winch disengaged twice and it rolled off. got it all strapped down and on the road get 2 miles and my rgt frnt caliper hangs up and the trailer is swapping big time at 45. i find a parts store by a caliper and replace it in the parking lot, then to home depot to buy a hack saw so i could cut of the tire rack from frnt of trailer and get jimmy forward for some tounge wieght. now i could get 65 no problem. her is a pick of me stopping for a much needed beer break at a buddies place 1/2 mile from home. now to go out and unload it. more comes to come later. stay tuned!!

well after getting it unloaded and going threw all the parts, i think the deal was good. got alot of the floor and rocker replacement panels, rockers, inner and outer, rocker boxes, rocker box end plates. thats like $700 bucks i added up i dont have to spend. at least the windshield frame looks preety good. no time to really get pictures with my camera as work never ends. ill get some tomarrow for you guys.
