Good price on the gas tanks. Around here they wanted $140 just to boil one out so I bought a new one from LMC for $135. Do you do anything to the insides of the tank ? Thanks.

Yes I treat the inside of the tank BUT NOT SEALER!!! That stuff is a temp. fix that could cause more problems in the future... Power wash and blast.. And you can put abrasive inside and them... What is this "boil out" process... Like a hot tank or caustic solution?

whats the price on the hood hinges ?blasted and are they coated or anything or just primed?

hood hinges 80$ which is OEM parts like new... cheaper than repops and very competitive rate. I can you a zinc phosphate rust inhibitor... etch prime them or powder coat black... let me know... I WILL HOOK you up for sure!

I think they hot tank them like a radiator. My tank had no issues but when we took the truck apart you could hear dry particles inside the tank going back and forth. However, you couldn't find rust in the tank anywhere you could see with a flashlight. I've heard of putting river pebbles inside and tilting back and forth to clean them out. What kind of abrasive do you use ?

The outside I just power wash and then fine sand paper or steel wool lightly and it buffs that thing better than factory finish...

Inside sand blast to loosen up troublesome deposits flush repeat...flush repeat... yeah... lol
