So what is the gear pattern on this thing? It was in my truck when i bought it and had an 8 ball knob on it. Just been guessing that i have been driving in 2 wheel when i wanted to. I have manual hubs. How do i know if ther is a part time conversion on this beast?

If there are locking hubs on the front, then you likely have a part time kit installed, but not necessarily.
