Very good deal!!!!!! Probably would of been worth more without the quick paint job.

Is it worth It
hell yeah It's worth It my trucks In fresh urethane primer but It's all new professionally restored and I want 8500 On It.283 all new rebuilt recently added hei and rebuilt carb numbers matching as well with granny low 4 speed and 12 bolt 3:73 posi so mines set up well and more and more you know.my truck Is a 2 owner low mileage truck before me Is all as well though.they guy you stole yours from LOL musta just needed cash.I know In today hardass high priced economy you can buy even a truck like you just bought then go to a body shop have the rust fixed professioanlly and get some new paint and detail your truck and do a few more things to It and you'd easily have around 10K or close to It In your truck considering your buying price and all.lucky steal he got anymore for sale.

Bad 71 chevy, are you asking if it's worth it for you to buy it@2000 or Did the guy who just picked it up get a good deal @ 2000? Since you were selling HIM parts I thought they might be for HIS new 71. Help! I'm more confused than a baby racoon. As far as the year is concearned and going by your discription, it would have to a.be a 4x4.....which would probably worth closer to 3500 B.have the vin and title of a 71 on a 69-70 truck. c had the frame/sus switched with a 69-70 not too serious d be tweaked slightly to produce an E and a F and possibly G now that I concidered grill. If you are infact buying/have bought this truck, which was not my original thought until Tony called it your truck about 5 times, I would be more concearned with the title and vin matching than about having 6lug or drums. I hope this information is somewhat correct and helpful almost as much as I hope the 71 wasn't a guess and that we are talking about that other guy getting a good deal on his truck. I probably shouldn't have tackled this one, but it has been poppping up every day or so and bugging the hell out of me for some reason. QUOTE]it's all new professionally restored and i want 8500 on it Nice truck tony! No bites yet huh? You seem to have it advertized very well!!!! I'm sure it well sell Somewhere. It would have 6 lugs if it is a 4wd and a 71.. Count the driveshafts under it.. You may have scored a 4x4!

not mine yet but hoping got to get the money togethe mid week
i do know it is not a 4x4 and it has 6 lug rallies i do think that it had a 69-70 grill laying beside it all coils all the way around the wierd thing is that it has a wood floor i though that a short wide came only with a steel bed floor

The wood floor is a highly desired option on fleet beds. The deal is getting sweeter sounding. I was being serious on the vin/title thing earlier. As long as i liked the truck, the six lug-grill ordeal wouldn't bother me, as long as I could register it leagally. Good luck. If you don't like the wood bed, I'll take it from you. jk

I have a '70 that is titled as a 72.When the state issued me the title after I bought it from the original owner, the state or the notary made a typo.I have a copy of the original that says 1970,the duplicate says 1972.And,it is a 1970.
