67-68 gmc hubcaps
heres a nice set of 67-68 gmc painted caps. these are very hard to find in good condition. they do have a few small dents, dings, and scuffs. one of the caps was white originally but has been painted to match the other 3.if you look close you can see it in the second pic. $175 shipped

Re: 67-68 gmc hubcaps
First in line. Still waiting for reply. No one can rightly say "I'll take it" until they know what they are buying. I know what wheels these will fit and will take them depending on the reply.

Re: 67-68 gmc hubcaps
I`m probibly going to upset both parties, but here goes.
special-k- Asking how many are good enough to chrome plate is not a commitment to buy. I think all are good enough to plate, but none are perfect. sixtysevengmc- you are the first to say i`ll take`em, but i have another set of gmc caps that you committed to buy a month ago, but i never recieved payment. Are you buying both sets? |

Re: 67-68 gmc hubcaps
sent a reply to your message with the shipped price on the chrome ones stating I had decided not to go with the chrome caps, and keep searching for painted caps.
if you'd like to sell these, and they are indeed half ton caps, I'd like to purchase them. If not, no problem, thanks anyway. Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: 67-68 gmc hubcaps
That's fine. I'm not upset. But,I don't play silly games with words. I can't say I'll take something before I know what I need to know, unlike some here. You see, once I say I'll take them I "will" take them. You'll never see me say I'll take them, then ask if they are 1/2 or 3/4 ton,or back out for any reason. Anyone who knows what they need would know by looking at the pictures. If "I'll take them" seals the deal, then a person who says they'll take them should have to buy them even of they are 1/2t when they need 3/4t,or otherwise not what they need.

Re: 67-68 gmc hubcaps
dosen't matter if they're 1/2 or 3/4 for the project I'm working on. As stated before, they look like 1/2's, which is what I need... but 3/4's will work
I apologize for my lack of ability to tell a 1/2 cap from a 3/4 cap from a picture on my cellphone, I don't have my laptop accessible at the moment. maybe your pissy demeanor will improve with a good nights sleep, good night sir. Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: 67-68 gmc hubcaps
This kind of behavior is what is causing me to spend less time on here lately. Sixtysevengmc I think you are out of line with telling someone they need a good night sleep to stop acting pissy. You would be pissy if someone tossed those words out at you. Maybe you are the one who needs to take a nap. Either way we are all adluts here and what once was the core of this board I see slowly drifting away. That is respect and ethics. Sometimes we all need to check our selves before we make a comment.
