Help guys! Will it work?

will an 72 auto steering column bolt right into my 67 with no mods? mine was a 3 on the tree but is now an auto. your help is very much appreciated.

if your 67 is like my 68 the steering shaft is all one from the wheel to the box. The 72 will have a intermidate shaft that is from the bottom of the fire wall ares to the stearing box.So if you got the compleat set up it would work.
