clutch adjusting rod ????? HELP

I have a 72 C30, the PO (for some unknown reason) "spliced" the clutch adjusting rod. I need someone to tell me if there is ANY difference between the one in a C10 or C20.. thanks Coop

I'm no expert but I don't think so or would see why they aren't the same.
