Re: Got $150K to spend?...

Not my cup of tea.....but appreciate the effort and talent required. Good luck getting anything close to six figures! If I had $150k burning a hole in my pocket and was forced to buy someone's finished project or something new, it would have to be a ZR1 Corvette. If I could build something with that kinda budget, it would have to be a "Mark Steilow" version of a 68 shorty.

Re: Got $150K to spend?...

Ya if I had 150k to drop on that I'd pay off my house first and then spend the other 50k on more toys or a bigger shop.

Check msn real estate. They have places with 4bedrooms 3 baths out in Winchester, lake elsinore, perris all out that way for 130k-150,000k with 2-3acres. Most for that price were built in the 1980's or older but thats the kind of houses i like not the newly built ones. Houses are way cheaper out in I.E now a days.

Re: Got $150K to spend?...

They ruined the frontend..put it back to stock or just a phaton grille and it'd look like it's actually upto date and worth some money.

1/4ac with house for only $300g that's soo cheap. We are putting our house up for sale and hoping to get some more property. Right now we'll list for $550,000 and it's a 2 storey house with less than 1/4ac lot. $1million for an acre lot and shack where I live I was looking in Apple Valley, CA 3-4yrs ago at acreage with houses for cheap. Lots of places down South with cheap areas to bu so we might sell, buy a smaller place up here and buy a house in the states too.

I need an acre with shop

Nate

The front end reminds me too much of Clark Griswolds station wagon.

They built 2wd blazers in 70,71 and 72. They are some of the most sought after trucks of the 67-72 generation. And lots of silly people bag them. I know I plan to.

The AVS truck is extremely nice and well built, it has a few features that I don't overly like but all in all I would be proud to park it in my shop

It's totally not my style, but it is an awesome Blazer. So much work must have gone into it.

I hope they get a lot for it.
