Power Door Lock Relay Issue
I have an 86 High Sierra 3/4 ton that came with no power options at all. Recently I decided I wanted power locks and windows, doors without rust wouldn't hurt either so i found a nice set of doors only problem was that i had no harness, wires,or the $85.00 relay for the locks. So today I pulled everything I needed for a 87 suburban in a wrecking yard. Ran all of the wires hooked it all up and the windows work perfectly just no power locks at all on either side.(this is all after taking the whole harness apart and pulling every wire I did not need).Has anyone else ever tried this? Also is there a way to test the relay? I would like to have everything OEM,but if i cant make the locks work ill just have to get an alarm and make the locks work that way

Thanks for the diagram! So I fixed it. Found the problem was that both of the switches were corroded. I used the wiring diagram and tested everything and found the switches were nasty on the inside. Cleaned them up and it all works perfect. Thanks for the help!
