Posting parts for sale
I want to post some parts I have for sale and the site won't let me do it. What do I have to do to get the Admin to give me the rites?

You must become a supporting member. Pay a membership fee. It's worth it

Re: Posting parts for sale
it is definitely worth it. you will be surprised how often you take advantage of the member privs. I look at it this way - I gather enough info on here that that fact alone is worth the member fee, but being able to buy/sell, etc is a dealbreaker - definitely makes it worth it. Much more reliable and trustworthy than ebay and cl.

Re: Posting parts for sale
Thanks for the info. I think I will do it. I have some left over parts I want to sell. So I guess it is worth it.

Re: Posting parts for sale
What they wrote... and once you have your membership, you post in the parts board for thing you have or things you want, etc..
Folks used to be able to post parts for sale for free, but it was abused and caused too many headaches for the folks what run this here site. They started the membership and the problems related to deals went down to a few issues a month, last I heard. People always find a way to screw up a good thing. Pay the membership, you won't be sorry. $25 bucks divided by 52 weeks = .4807 cents a week less than .50 cents a week! If you are really tearing into your truck and need parts, you will be amazed at what you can find on here. Good luck, -W |

Re: Posting parts for sale
I paid the membership, not because I figured it was 'worth it' to sell parts. I paid the membership because the wealth of info here.
