Manual to electronic speedometer convertion

I got a nv3500 5 speed in my truck and i wonder if there is a way i can keep the stock manual speedometer. Is there a conversion kit that keep the stock speedo?
Does anybody ever figure that out?

May try calling www.speedhut.com see if they could convert your speed o. They have GPS ones though. Check them out.
I put a GPS whole dluster in my 71.

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
