not bad for a 17 yearold

well.... this was how i spent my sunday. it took bacically all day because i had to relocate my cd player, make the plans and get all the supplies. but it turned out ok. i still need another cup holder!! i covered it in black because im getting some black carpet soon i hope

Yeah, I've got hundreds of legally made MP3s (either my sister or myself bought the CDs) and I would much rather carry four MP3 CDs rather than drag a case of a dozen or so CDs...

i have a weak 305. i hope that answers your question... but i did take it for a rather agressive test drive and it didnt move

it shouldnt need to be bolted down, if its sits on the hump right it wont move.

i took mikes plans, and made them fit for a bench seat. all together it was about 50$ and a days worth of work

i should have followed his plans and put my CB in, instead of the radio. but i didnt, oh well you learn. i guess next time i will take more time and measurements on mine, but without the proper tools and shop i was limited. C-10volvo... good job man.

I want to make one of those and probably could but it seems like whenever i get realy geard up to make one i have to carry 2 passengers around and realize i need the extra space....

Lynx, you still can. myself, my wife and my 2 yrd old (with carseat) ride in my truck with a floor console, my wife rides in the middle, 100% of the time reguardless if our daughter is with us or not. the middle person just has to straddle the console.
