looking for info
was wondering if any one knew any info on this truck, mainly the wheels, such as how big? where did they come from? are they a custom built wheel? and where did the caps and trim rings come from? and what size tire this has? i really like the look of these wheels, i want to get a set and put on my 83 chevy bagged stepside, painted gun metal gray, with the same caps and rings, any info would be great thanks

Re: looking for info
maybe try the "contact us" at sporttruck.com, send the pic, and ask them for a link to an article if there is one

Re: looking for info
I know Wheel Vintiques sells an 18 inch rally but that almost looks bigger than 18.

Re: looking for info
I think I saw those wheels somewhere and they were 24 inch billets with the centers painted. Just can't remember where? Must be "oldtimers"

Re: looking for info
This looks like the cover truck of the July 2011 issue of classic trucks.
18x8 and 18x9.5 Wheel Smith Billet rallies. If you google Explicit Craftworks you should find the article and contact info. |
