Being that its a long bed i would sacrifice it.
Its a hard desicion to make owning a fleetside myself and I had a 59 burb a couple years ago. I absolutely love those rigs. The one i had was as badly eaten away as yours and i gave up and sold it. It was just a roller anyway.
Now that nathan porter has a new subframe out for these trucks i vote for BUILD!

looked at the pics again and noticed the clamshells.. I would definately cut up the bed.
