what wieght on coil ove ?
56 chevytruck doing a triangualted 4 link and was wondering what wieght lmit on coil overs i seen range of 180pounds to 350 pounds ? any sugestion

You should hit up Rob in his "make it handle" thread, its in the suspension forum. I never heard spring rates explained any better.
