My O2 was installed in a small socket well in the exhaust about 4" downstream of the header. I don't have any pictures because I threw the exhaust out and I actually sold the TPI motor since I decided to switch to a BBC. As far as the dipstick, I got a flexible type instead of the solid tube, that is what I had to change.
