Wheel offset for a 63 suburban/carryall

Hi, I have a 62 chevy truck and my rims are offset (backspacing) is i think 4.5" with 7" width rims. And i have one heck of a time changing my back tires!!! And i think i am going to have some clearance issues with the front once i get the front bagged. What width of rim are these 20's going to be?
