Show me your Upholstery!
I am ready to get my seat recovered, but I am having a really hard time deciding on color and style. I want it to look a bit retro. My truck is green, and I have updated the dash pad with the original green. See photos.
http://www.larrymead.com/p654999774/h6d3c417#h6d3c417 http://www.larrymead.com/p654999774/h6d3c417#h1b987cca I am debating between green or black vinyl or leather with a white stich in a tuck and roll pattern, and a green vinyl with a tweed insert (black and green), more similar to the original. What have you guys done?

Re: Show me your Upholstery!
Long before aftermarket seat covers were a dime a dozen and available at EVERY parts supply house I had my seat recovered by the guy that repaired upholstery that got screwed up on the line at the St. Paul Ford Plant.
I brought him the seat, the green insert material and the white vinyl. I like it and since I used car upholstery material it has held up well.

Re: Show me your Upholstery!
I picked them up from LMC. They are actually from a 64-65 truck. The use the same bolt holes as the arm rests made for our trucks.
