How to clean trash from AC lines

I had a compressor go out on 99 Suburban. I see aluminum trash at the orifice tube. First on a 99 Suburban, does it have the type of condenser that can't be totally flushed out. Also, is there a rear expansion valve or something and what about flushing the lines to the rear? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

I have never been successful in cleaning out these condensers. With the cost of flush and the amount it would take just to do a marginal cleaning, you could buy a condenser.

I do believe the Tahoe/Suburbans use and expansion valve for the rear A/C. As for flushing, any line that can be removed, should be to be flushed. Anywhere you have a oriface/expansion device, I suggest replacing them. They catch the debris and no matter how much you flush them, they will never be clean. I just recently went through this on my 98 C1500. I replaced everything except the evaportor and the line from the condenser the evaporator. I was able to flush these repeatedly and get to a point where the flush came out clean with no "glitter" in it. It did take two cans of flush and 20 minutes of running cold water in my eyes after the nozzle on my flush canister split and shot the flush in my face and it ran down into my eyes. I had on safety glasses, but it still burned my eyelids and hurt like... you get the idea.
