Hey guys, are the cabs on heavy trucks, like a C50 totally different than a C10/20?

Re: heavy duty trucks
i have seen people take a cab from a dump truck of the same era and it fit perfectly. i have also seen doors interchange between the large and small trucks so i think there the same.

Re: heavy duty trucks
As far as I know the cabs are different. I was also under the understanding that the doors are different.

Re: heavy duty trucks
the firewall recesses in quite a bit further back towards the dash than the light duty truck cabs.

Re: heavy duty trucks
They share many pieces, yet are different and will not interchange. Basically, the top, dash, and back panel are the same and everything else is different.
