I did this also. I used the seat belt holes in the back, and drilled two holes in the front (each side of the trans tunnel). I made an "X" with chain and used a cherry picker to lift the cab by myself. I also kept both doors on. You have to hook up to the chain about dash pad level, or it's going to flip over...... I found out the hard way, caught it before any damage.
