how wide is a c20 outside tire to outside tire stock wheels and tires 235-85-16 anyone know.I have friend who has a tow dolly i can use if its wide enough to get my truck home

My 1985 GMC crew cab with a 14-bolt full floater, stock wheels and tires, came out to 77 inches. It might be a tiny bit narrower on the front (no more than 1/2 inch) If your friend's dolly is at least 80 inches wide, you should be good!
