Black wrinkle powder coat
It finally feels like I'm making progress! Here is my frame back from the powder coaters. I had it done in black wrinkle. I'm not looking for a shiny finish because I live 3 1/2 miles down a dirt road and that shine just doesn't seem to stay.
This actually makes it look shiny because of the flash but it's not. I did all the springs too. Now the fender wells and the radiator support on the other hand got a gloss powder coat, I wanted everything under the hood to shine.

Thanks for the compliment 72shadetree.
Rock chips are a very common thing on all my vehicles. The price I pay for living in the country wouldn't have it any other way!

leaf springs
Ddi you powder coat springs with bushings in them? If so how did you protect them? I have some new ones I would like to clean and paint or have powdercoated but am concerned about damaging bushings.

cheyenne10, When I had my springs powdered I had to take them completely apart ! Then they sand blasted and and powdered, Them. They came out great, and according to the guys at the powder coaters they should ride better. Good luck, with your project. Landon

Thanks low 84.
It was just over $500.00 total for the frame, front and rear springs, and a whole lot of misc parts.

The powder coating looks great. I wish there was someone around the St. Louis area that powder coats, I have a buddy seat frame that I need powder coated.

Any idea (approximately) how much it costs for a blazer tank and straps to get powdercoated?

The powdercoating looks great and I think 500 bucks was cheap I looked into having my rally rims done and they wanted $140 just for the four rims. By the way, I love the Eagle Globe and Anchor, oorah Marine Corps
