Can someone please post a picture of the clips that instrument cluster screws go into
Hi.

I can't seem to find any pics showing them but I believe they are the same ones used for the side marker lights so you could take a look at those on your truck.
They might be called U-nuts or similar. Lowes might have them in their specialty hardware drawers or better yet, a quick junkyard trip will get you all you need.
