CPP sway bar hits TRE

3" springs and 2.5" spindles, CPP sway bar hits the TREs at ride height. I shortened the end link and now it seems to clear, but did I do something wrong that's not obvious to me?

Re: CPP sway bar hits TRE

I had the same exact problem with mine I ended up taking off with I switched to air bags and installed the muscle bar from ride tech...

Re: CPP sway bar hits TRE

I had the same problem when I bought new rims with 4.5" backspace. I switched out to an original mount style bar from Early Classic Enterprise. No problems now, plus it's a heavier bar......

x3. I even fabricated new parts to raise/lower the frame and a-arm mounting points. It will ruin your pitman arm, hitting the bar like that so be careful. A little annoying that this is advertised as a bolt-in because I'm not sure how it would work unless you have rack and pinion...hopefully I can use mine on another project in the future.
