Headlamp adjusting nuts:

Besides Classic truck parts, is there anywhere is i can get headlamp adjusting nuts? They are only .49 cents each, but the shipping is $7.95.

i am also assuming that lots of other GM vehicles use/used them?

Re: Headlamp adjusting nuts:

Turns out the square plastic nuts for installing a license plate did the job, but I had to scrounge for the right screws that go in them. I was in a similar jam and didn't want to do another order just for those.

#365270 should work whether you have single or dual headlights. This is for 81-87. 73-80 i don't know.

i decided not to go with the dorman/autoparts store replacement due to bad reviews and suspect quality. With gm it appears very good quality---they were $1.38 each.

The originals failed within a few months of each other. Well, they did last about 27-28 years.

P.S. There appears to be 2 different part #'s for single and dual lights, but these #365270 seem to be able to work with both.
