Control arm differences
I noticed my 69 front lower control arms aren't identical. I know the ball joints were different from 71-72, but both arms have 69 ball joints installed. One arm has a shorter bump stop tower than the other. Did the 71-72s have different bump stop towers?

Re: Control arm differences
Do they both have steel control arm shaft bushings?
73-87 arms have rubber bushings. The 67-72 arms should look the same.

Re: Control arm differences
They are both 67-72 arms. They both look the same, one just has a taller bump stop tower. I compared to my 71 Suburban and found:
Tower height on 69 "short tower" arm 1" Tower height on 69 " tall tower" arm 1.5" Tower height on 71 Burb 1.5"
