Smile 72 c10 with ac

Hey gang,

Just picked up a 72 long bed for my fun and business use. The truck has factory air, however someone removed the brackets and just bungeed the ac compressor and hoses to the side. I did get some brackets, but they don't look right. If you have a factory ac truck can you send me some pics of the ac compressor mountings.

Thanks
Got a 72

Re: 72 c10 with ac

welcome to the forum. The AC was robbed from my 72 by the PO so I have no pics for you. I used to go to Raven Knob boy scout camp up in mount airy. Search the parts section im sure youll find some.

Do you have a big block or small block? Completely different brackets

Cool Re: 72 c10 with ac

Here is what came off my 71 307.
The one bracket is cut but I have made another one to replace it.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
