I am 90 percent sure they are. The guy I bought this stuff from said they were original items from his 72 4x4 blazer. I am not an expert on these parts but I can provide more pics if needed.

It is a door lock, I think. I have 2 others. You can have them if you pay for shipping. no keys.

Pretty sure it is aftermarket, but don't know. It was pulled off a 72 blazer some years ago by the owner. He told me it was on this blazer when he bought it in 1984.
