Well just when I thought I was all set a new ???? has come up.

I just received a set of rear frame to bed brackets. I knew that the coil vs leaf trucks were different but were they also different between say the 67-70 and 71-72 models?

1st pic shows the pair on the left which is off a 72 leaf rear, and the pair I need are the ones with the rot hole in it on the right.

2nd pic is showing the one on the right as the unknown year/app. mount I just received. It will fit the bed mount holes but the reward frame hole is off by aprox. 1-1.5". Could just drill a new hole......... but.........

OK, I didn't realize there was a difference on those mounts between a 1/2 ton coil & a leaf spring truck, but I guess we learn something new about these trucks everyday.
Anyways I have a 67 longbed,1/2 ton coil spring truck that I can rob a pair off of.
I'll just ship them with the balancer.
