Looking for a good condition , no pitting, no broken or cracked glass Passenger side Sport mirror for 71-72.

Im pretty sure I have one, but how can you tell an original verse a repop? I think if I remember it could use a good polishing as a new one next to it makes it look dull. Idk what its worth. $20 shipped work

GM will have a part number on the back of the base and a very small date code on the glass itself.

Need to see pics before buy. 20.00 shipped sounds good until pictures are seen.

Heres some pictures. it actually looks alot better then I remember. The only complaint I would have a bout it is it sounds like there is a lil piece of dirt rattling around inside it, very faint and you couldnt hear it driving, but wanna be honest. And it is an original GM with the stampings on the arm and glass.

Ok ... no chips or cracks in the glass, right? Does it hold it's position when adjusted on the post?
