This is our Heavy Duty Headlight Harness specifically designed for the 60-66 Chevrolet and GMC trucks. We have two model harness's for this body style, one for trucks equiped with single and another for trucks equiped with dual headlights. Our HD Headlight Harness's are the top of the line, and are constructed with quality materials. The Harness's are 100% "Plug n' Play" so there is no need to cut or splice any wires what so ever. They feature HD Ceramic H4 Headlight plugs, to ensure a long life and can handle very high wattage bulbs. The harness will work with any headlight set up that utilizes a H4 plug (eg. Sealed beam, Halogen, HID). With this harness installed, it will draw your power for your headlights directly from the battery (taking all the load off of your OE Headlight switch) and give your headlight the full 13.8V+ they need to run at 100% and give you a very large upgrade in light output!

You can use this harness with virtually any headlight set up you'd like. Whether it be stock headlights, or halogens etc. So this harness will work perfectly with stock headlights as well as upgraded headlights.

What are you referring to as stock appearance? Such as using the OE style fabric style loom instead of the heat resistant loom that we install on our harness's? Or the lesser quality nylon headlight connectors that the OE harness utilized instead of the HD Ceramic Headlight Connectors that we use on our harness's?

None the less, this is the only style of HD Harness that we make for the 60-66 Trucks. However, if you'd like some special configuration; we can also accommodate your needs for that as well!

None the less, this is the only style of HD Harness that we make for the 60-66 Trucks. However, if you'd like some special configuration; we can also accommodate your needs for that as well!

I was asking about fabric loom and headlight connectors as to color.Can you get the ceramic headlight connectors in colors other than orange? Maybe black? Would this be an option under a special configuration?

WE have a very dark gray,just about black, and also solid black, we can build the harness in any of these colors.

Hi Scott,

Yes sir, on trucks with the dual headlamp set up; our harness enables the "4-High" feature, so that all 4 headlamps are on when you have your high beams on. The high beam filament in each lamp in on when you have your highs on with our harness, so you have 4 actual high beams lighting up the night. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask!

Man i think i just messed up,, should of read farther tried to order by PM and his box was full ,,so found him on ebay and ordered the dual kit ,after reading these i looked at the feedback on ebay and found 4 neg out of 1200 sales which is not bad but three negatives were in the last month ? hopefully my karma will see this thru and hopefully coach works has gotten it together ,does anybody know of other companies that offer his kit ? hate to have to make my own,, know time thx and good luck to us both lol

Yeah he has been booted off this board from what Liz has told me. Nothing against you, but if you get yours, I will be very upset as he has taken my money and no items shipped to me! There has been a thread i started in the vender review section. Some people got their stuff others didnt.
