Question Burb Dash Bezel with Rear Air Hole?

For those of you guys with rear air, have you replaced your dash bezel, and if so, with what??

Mine is still solid, just not the best looking. I'm not sure which one to buy: the 67-68 with choke and lights/wiper on the left, or the 69-72 with split lights/wiper and try and drill/cut a new hole for my rear air switch?

Gut is telling me the 69-72, since I have a 72, but the thought of having to cut a hole in it freaks me out a little bit. I see an advantage buying the earlier one, but then it would be mislabeled.

Re: Burb Dash Bezel with Rear Air Hole?

I just bought the 69-72 one from LMC and going to just drill the hole in the same location. LMC or Classic Parts could not tell me the difference so I just went ahead and ordered for the right year. No big deal, make a paper template off the old one and use a uni-bit to drill the new hole.

Re: Burb Dash Bezel with Rear Air Hole?

I replaced mine with a '69-'72 version and drilled the hole for the rear air switch. I didn't have a problem with it, but it was a little unnerving to drill through a new part like that.
