With a change of the upper ball joints and outer tie rods you can use 73-87 spindles, rotors and calipers...

So all I need to get are the ball joints, tie rods, and the spindles and such... I can keep my original control arms?

nice job, Jason...love the ingenuity...cool truck you have there, & while I know it can change I like the initial plans you have for it...and that was an awesome story about your daughter & the Veteran

and yes, you can use your existing control arms & just change out the ball joints...here's one link to a disc brake swap thread:
