Cruise in
I finally stated driving the '69 this past week. I had three people in one day ask if I would sell it. I drove it to a cruise in last night about 30 minutes away. It did great and got a few looks. No body work has been done yet. Some of the "old timers" there looked at and said "you off to a good start". I was thinking I was about done for now. It is so gratifying to know you took a truck that had been parked for over 18 years and brought it back to life. Not too bad for a school teacher.

Re: Cruise in
It was in Camden at Rush's. They go every Friday night about 6. There were only about 12 there Friday, but in the summer there are alot more. But Big O this Friday night there should be one at Zaxbys in Lancaster. It used to be the Rods and Subs cruise in at Victory Lane Subs.

Re: Cruise in
It is about a 30 footer. It looks better the further back you go. Right now I don't really care how it looks. I just want to drive it and have people think it is cool. There is very little rust in the truck. Just a little behind one of the back tires and of course the pass side front fender. For South Carolina that is awesome.
