Smile 66 chevy c10 jet adjustments?

Hello, so I just bought a 66 chevy c10 pickup. It has a 283 and what I think is a rochester dualjet..I'm new to this but have always owned and love chevy trucks and engines. And this is my first project I have a few people helping but id like to do things myself too. I need to adjust the jets but can't find how anywhere. Someone told me its until it gives out then 1/2 to 3/4 back..is this right? Any help will be greatly appreciated
