new from San Diego
hey fellow c10 juckies
my name is robert im currently a vw tech/ former chevy tech im 20 i have a 1970 c10 longbed with a 250 l6 and three speed manual on the floor stick alway s wanted one since i was a little kid just like my dad and finally got one its my future rat rod and its going pritty good justr slow 2nd week having it the clutch went out/ luckily at work where my tools were 5th week 6th exhaust lobe completely gone so i put in a big cam and lifters to give it a nice gurgle i had the cylinder head rebuilt/ made it run new and smooth went oldschool with the cherry bomb straight through glass pack loudes daily driver i know in SD going with the average ratrot flat blck painted my 15" steelied bright breen with some moon hub caps/ no beauty rings replaced my turn signals with mesh type sheet metal to give more of a ratrod look i made my own shifter wth a WWII baseball grande- together one inch from mirror it has a standard bench seat/ original (great shape) has quick release steering wheel for security purpose because of neighbor hood i live in i put some projector headlight because the seal halogens wernt cutting it and just looked like everyones elses still learning alot of what this truck is capable if you have any advice toss it my way!!! |

working on the rear cnotch
been really busy but this is my progress from the past couple of weeks notches all welded in started making my 3" rear blocks finished rear blocks got my towers somewhat built need to start making some bag brackets and get my bags on the way
