Moving Fuel Tank from Cab

Guys,

I'm moving my fuel tank out of the cab and under the bed. I am looking for the sheet metal piece to fill in old cab fuel filler hole and also ideas on how/where to place the new fuel filler; side of bed, in bed, out the back, etc..
Thanks,
Rick's 72

Sheetmetal piece is at LMC---

Several members are using a camaro/chevelle tank with filler under the flip up license plate. Easy install----do a search, several threads on the subject.

I bought my filler piece from CVS, or airbaggit.com. Wish iI had known LMC had it.

Correction, thats AVS. Or airbagparts.com. Sorry. My filler right now runs inside the bed, just behind driver fender. This is temporary, for now anyways.

I Am Loving my 40 Gal suburban tank under the Bed! Took a piece of the sheet metal I cut out for the fuel door and patched the old Filler hole with it! All GM parts in this switch and it works Killer for my 4x4 BB monster!

$15 good piece too. My tank fill will be through the bad floor.
