I agree with Xeen. Get a new part, it's the time of year where heaters are good to have. Even here in Florida!

I was second guessing my self on the hoses, but I have 3/4 on the upper and 5/8 on the lower. If I do this again I am going to take the original down to the local radiator and a/c shop and have them refurb it. Seems like I might get a better product.

I would say that depends on if the original one you pulled is a GM part or a aftermarket part, if its a GM part then yeah get it rebuilt, if its an aftermarket part then just get another aftermarket part to replace it.
