Bucket list
One of the things I want to do before I kick the bucket (with in the next 20 years) is take Jasons driver and his show truck around the country to a lot of shows and to meet some more of ya'll. To do that we need a cool tow rig so we just bought a 1975 Silverado c-30 crew cab dually 454, 3+3 camper special. Neat original survivor that had a camper on it all its life and has been in storage since 1996. It has something I have never seen and can not tell what it is. On the pillars (both sides) between front and back doors is a bolt head that was in place when the truck was painted at the factory. Since I am not handy with a computer I will have Jason post some pictures. More details on the truck later
Paul

Re: Bucket list
Interesting note about the bolt, One it has factory paint on it which shows it was in place when the truck was painted, second if you take the bolt out it has a welded nut inside the cab frame which would be impossible to put in place after the truck was assembled... If you solve this you will be the "huckelberry of the day" ????

Re: Bucket list
I bet it was for those shock absorbers, if you have a camper with a sleeper
over the cab, it would need support on a crew cab Whats a huckleberry

The All Truck Nationals in Riverside, Missouri (North Kansas City) is a good time. Quite a few members usually attend. It is open to all years and makes of trucks so there is a good variety. It is the second weekend in Sept. LockDoc
