Changing the foam in buddy buckets
I am thinking about changing the foam to a more formed foam, so that it conforms and supports your back and legs better, as well as make it more comfortable. I like the stock look, but they really aren't very comfortable compared to modern seats. Has anyone does this with any success?

Re: Changing the foam in buddy buckets
I was looking at buckets in the JY today and I think the reason a lot of the seats don't look right is beacause of the shape. The buddy buckets have the squared off tops, and I think that's the look you need. Lincolns and Caddy's have those in them, but they usually have an emblem in the leather. Anyone know of a similar shape seat in another vehicle?

Re: Changing the foam in buddy buckets
Is the foam in your seats original? If so, that is the problem right there. New foam will make all the difference in the world.

Re: Changing the foam in buddy buckets
It is the original foam, but they don't seem too be shaped right anyways. The backs are too straight up and down, and there doesn't seem to be much lower leg support. I'm wondering if I can find an upholsterer that can make some for me.
